On the night I arrived in Denmark, I was tired from the long flight but couldn't sleep well. The next morning, rubbing my heavy eyes, I headed to the café I had been wanting to visit in Copenhagen: Atelier September.
The café was filled with a refined interior. After placing my order, I took a seat by the window. When my morning plate arrived, it was beautifully presented with bread, cheese, a soft-boiled egg, and surprisingly light, fluffy whipped butter. I began to eat while thinking about my plans for the day, enjoying the calm and lovely morning in Copenhagen.
